Mike's camera work and Packing Progress

Ok, left work a bit early, and when I suited up, switched on the camera. Several people were enthousiastically saying goodbye and making funny comments while I held out the microphone. Came home, and discovered the cover was still over the lens... don't tell anybody! I am embarrased.

When I entered home, I met up with Vince who was just back from the Balkan. He helped me get the packing done, and weigh the cases.
Finally! There is some spare room which I will fill with socks and other clothes. Space for food also.

All seems to be under control. Loaded it onto the bike, to see how it looked and size up for the Pacsafe net.

Raced off to the shops with all on the back, to size the net on the spot.
The idea is that we can leave the bikes for a short while without being worried everything will be stolen.
Unfortunately, shop was closed.

Not to worry. Departure 10: am tomorrow.  Several friends are planning to wave me out!!!

First stop: Rennes France by Friday or Saturday!
