Top Gear - but will it fit?

OK, it is clearly full speed ahead now. Top Gear so to say.
Today, we started and or finished quite a few things.

Anneke treated me on an upgrade of my old airbed, bigger and thicker, and the same packing size. It's an EXPED Synmat 9. Looks quite comfy.
Check it out!!

We also took a small chair - as I thought I may not be sitting enough.... You would all be impressed with the nice floral cover...
To top it off, I scored a shirt also, althought the price made me feel a bit guilty. Just wanted something that would dry very quickly after washing. It won't win any fashion prizes, but what the heck. Then the water desinfectant and ORS to top off the purchases.

After a quick lunch, Nikki and I went over to the pharmacy to top up our stock of bandages, other emergency and comfort stuff (wipes for example...). You gotta think of everything out there. Wiping with just sand is eh...
The pharmacist did look a bit weird when I asked for suture kits for a do it yourself suturing job, but I guess they have seen stranger.
So that part is nearly done.

Then onwards to the bicylce shop, for a simple simple small pump. I figured I could not and should not rely on just the CO2 cartridges. One of the mags had a story of 9 flats in one trip. Of course, now I may not need it at all. The bicycle shop guys ride motorbikes also and have been aware of the plan for a while. They are really interested and wished me a good trip. Nice guys. Nikki wanted to check out the new bikes, but the bike shop owner had some ideas to extend the life of her current two wheeler.

Then, to make amends for the spending spree, I quickly fixed two bikes at home, rather than bringing them to the shop, so the shirt has nearly been paid for.

Fortunately my helpful cousin who will remain anonymous found a copy of the BMW manuals, and I transferred them to a USB stick with all other docs for the trip. The manuals work from the USB stick, so I can leave the CD's at home. All at hand should it be needed.

As a result of the last week, in one of the rooms, there is a very big pile of stuff I planned to take...
Will all this stuff fit I wonder?

That is a question for another day.

Tomorrow is ANZAC day, so going down to The Hague with Nikki and breakfast with the ambasador at her residence straight afterwards.

If done on time, I will go running in Noordwijkerhout at 11:00. Then, recovery and some basic packing I guess.
And try to clean off the pile of work backlog.
